What payment options do I have?
If your services are covered by insurance, we bill them directly. Otherwise, we will bill the paying party on a weekly basis. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Are your employees bonded and insured?
Yes, all of Relevar’s Recovery Team members are bonded and insured. They are directly employed by us and we assume all responsibility for their taxes, benefits, workers compensation and insurance.

How soon can service typically start?
Services can begin within 24-48 hours depending upon when the Personalized Assessment is completed. Occasionally, we can start the same day.

Is a deposit required?
In some cases a deposit will be required. More information will be given to you at the time of the assessment.

What if I no longer need the services?
Services can begin and end as needed. Hours can increase and decrease as needed. We request a 48 hour notice to end services so we have time to move the Relevar Recovery Team member(s) to other assignments. Relevar will work hard to customize a care plan that works for the entire family.

What is the cost if I am paying for it myself?
Rest assured- Relevar’s services are affordable. An initial phone call can generate an estimate, however specific prices are determined after the Personalized Assessment is completed.

What if we want to go on a trip can the Staff come with us?
Yes, our staff can make day trips or extend services for the entire length of your vacation.

I want my Mom to come home from the nursing home twice a week can I have someone to help me?
Yes, just call us with the days and times and we will arrange for help during those days and hours.

My loved one has Alzheimer’s what type of service would you recommend?
The type of care needed will depend upon what stage of Alzheimer’s or dementia they are in when the assessment is completed by the nurse.

What is attendant care?
Attendant care is a general term used to describe a caregiver who goes into the home to care for a loved one.

Yes, we care for people of all ages.

Do you have staff that specializes in a certain type of care?
Yes, our staff members have experience in Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Congestive Heart Failure, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Cancer, ALS (Lou Gehrigs’ Disease), COPD and Multiple Fractures.
